Refund Policy

  • We do not accept refunds or returns once an order has been delivered.

  • Refunds are only applicable in the case of a manufacturing defect from our side.

  • Any such issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photos and details to our email: hello@juton.store.

  • Requests made after 24 hours or without proper evidence will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Once approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
