  • All products are handmade/curated with care, and minor differences are not considered defects.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including stock unavailability, payment issues, or incorrect information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are dispatched within 2 working days.

  • Standard delivery time is 8–12 business days, subject to courier timelines and service availability.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, natural calamities, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Any defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos sent to hello@juton.store.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website (text, images, designs, logos) is the property of Juton and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Juton shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of our products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Panipat, Haryana courts.
